We are living in an era of rapid change. The question is, What do we do next? We are no longer living in the same world we used to. The rules, habits, and customs have changed. Every business is exercising different measures toward recovery, shifting the way they express their brands.
If you’ve spent years developing your brand, you hope to be able to use it long-term, but brands, just like people, are living entities, and world events demand a response.
We’ve all been challenged in the past year to create a response for our businesses. Our previous agency focused on concept-driven brand identities, it was all about Form(design) Follows Function(product/service). We challenged ourselves to dig deeper, and we had to shift and pivot to helping brands make their business meaningful through strategic human-centered design.
